Tai Chi is a treatment known as 'meditation in motion' that can be effective for fall prevention as well as reducing stress and anxiety. It is a gentle, low-impact exercise that combines slow movements, breathing, and visualization for health improvement. It can be helpful for improving and maintaining joint mobility, improving balance, lowering blood pressure, and strengthening the heart and major muscle groups.

Sessions are 30 minutes each.
