This is not a health care clinic. It provides Veterans who are homeless and at risk of homelessness with one-stop access to community-based, multiagency services to promote permanent housing, health and mental health care, career development and access to VA and non-VA benefits. Walk-ins welcome.

Facility notice

The Oconomowoc clinic is open for day-to-day operations, eligible Veterans who are interested in transferring to the clinic can call the Clinical Contact Center at 414-384-2000, ext. 44255, to submit a request. Currently enrolled, eligible Veterans are being contacted by Milwaukee VA.
