How Does Your VA Health Experience Rate?

The topics covered here assess patients' perceptions of their healthcare experience using the Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey, which is the health care industry standard. These topics were identified by patients as important, and focus on aspects of healthcare that they, the patients, are best qualified to assess. These topics include things such as the communication skills of providers and ease of access to healthcare services. Here you can compare all VA facilities in your state, or you can compare facilities from multiple states.
