Event: Join the Caregiver Support Program and community providers to learn about the wealth of resources available to caregivers and families of Veterans. Event: The Erie VA Medical Center is hosting a Veteran Town Hall and Resource Fair.
Veterans, caregivers, and family members are invited to attend. Meet with Erie VA Medical Center Director, John A. Gennaro and the executive leadership team to learn about VA programs, services, and ongoing projects.
The Erie VAMC leadership team will be joined by Jennifer Vandermolen, Pittsburgh Regional Office Director. A benefits counselor from our office will be on hand to provide VBA resource information and address any one-on-one inquiries.

Event: VA hosting a virtual LGBTQ+ Veterans Outreach Symposium on Thursday, June 6, 2024. This symposium will focus on the importance of reaching out to our Nation’s LGBTQ+ Veterans.
Attendees will learn about the benefits and services that may be available to them. We'll chat about current and future VA benefits, including filing a VA disability claim online, the Sergeant First Class (SFC) Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act and improving the quality of life for Veterans and dependents through Vet Center services.
In addition, there will be presentations on LGBTQ+ healthcare, character of discharge upgrades and mental health resources.
