Turnaround Time:

  • Allow 10 business days from date of poster request submission to receipt of poster proof
  • After receiving printer proof, allow time for all who need to review the proof to do so
  • After proof is authorized or edited and Robb is notified of additional changes, allow 3 business days for final poster to be delivered to the Research Service office.

Displaying Your Poster at VAPORHCS

We encourage you to display your poster in the halls of the research areas of VAPORHCS. The majority of bulletin boards in our halls should be large enough to accommodate your poster. However, if you would like to purchase your own bulletin board, we can arrange to have it mounted on your wall for you. We are not allowed to tape a poster directly to a wall.
