In addition to showcasing a year of accomplishment, this first-ever Office of Clinical Services 2023 Annual Report provides an overview of each of its 46 unique parent and sub-specialty program offices and how clinical services touch nearly every part of a Veterans’ health care experience. The report’s title, The Heart of Veteran Care, is inspired by the servant leaders, providers and staff who put their heart into serving Veterans, either face-to-face or behind the scenes — day in and day out.
