Contact the Multiple Sclerosis Centers of Excellence

MS Centers of Excellence (MSCoE) staff can answer general questions about multiple sclerosis (MS) and VA services. They can help Veterans work with their local VA medical facility to make sure their MS needs are met. If you are a Veteran with MS or a caregiver of a Veteran with MS, you can e-mail questions to MSCentersofExcellence@va.gov.

Patient advocates can also help Veterans with their MS care. Every VA medical facility has a patient advocate. This person helps solve programs and makes sure Veterans get the care they need.

When reaching out to MSCoE, please include the following information, as appropriate.

  • What is your full name?
  • Are you a Veteran, caregiver, or VA provider?
  • Are you currently receiving clinical care benefits from VA?
  • Do you receive your MS care at a VA medical facility or through Community Care?
  • What VA medical facility (city and state) provides your primary and/or MS care?
  • What would you like MSCoE to assist you with?
