Can Do MSCan Do MS delivers health and wellness education programs to help families living with MS thrive. JUMPSTART Program: Offered at no charge in communities across the country, their JUMPSTART program provides participants and their support partners with interactive explorations of health, wellness, and lifestyle behaviors. Webinar Series: Join webinars live from the convenience of your home or office at no-charge for an in-depth discussion on topics relating to exercise, nutrition, communication, symptom management, employment, and wellness. Interact with their multidisciplinary MS experts, ask questions, and learn how to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors, actively co-manage your MS, and live your best life. Webinars are the second Tuesday of each month from 8 pm to 9:15 pm ET. |

EducationCommunity Based Local Programs: The NMSS hosts community programs throughout the country that are focused on connecting people with MS, while providing information and wellness education opportunities. Program content and objectives vary from location to location, but all provide an exceptional experience for people with MS to connect, learn, and make improved lifestyle decisions. Ask an MS Expert: This programs series focuses on trending topics of interest to the MS community. MS experts answer your questions and MS Navigators provide live resource support throughout each program. The Ask an MS Expert virtual program series is offered weekly in English, monthly in Spanish, and quarterly for Veterans. You can also view on-demand episodes at a time that is convenient for you. Free From Falls: This eight-module program is designed to increase your knowledge about risk factors associated with falls and provide you with strategies to reduce your risk of falling. Pathways to Wellness in MS: MS studies continue to find connections between wellness and better health outcomes. In this program you will learn about the latest recommendations for exercise, nutrition and emotional, spiritual, and social wellness. Recursos en Español: Una variedad de recursos están disponibles para las personas hispanohablantes, incluyendo: folletos y videos informativos, recursos e información para los cuidadores, Navegantes bilingües para la EM, Sigue Sonriendo para los niños, y “Café con Leche,” un grupo de apoyo que se reúne por teléfono mensualmente para las personas hispanohablantes viviendo con EM.
