Education

Community Based Local Programs: The NMSS hosts programs across the country that help people with MS connect with each other while also offering information and wellness education. The activities may be different depending on the location, but all of them give people with MS a great chance to connect, learn, and make healthy lifestyle choices.

Ask an MS Expert: This program series covers popular topics that interest the MS community. MS experts answer your questions, and MS Navigators provide live resource support during each session. The Ask an MS Expert virtual series is offered every week in English, once a month in Spanish, and every three months for Veterans. You can also watch past episodes anytime you want.

Free From Falls: This eight-module program is designed to teach you about the risk factors that can lead to falls and give you strategies to help lower your chances of falling.

Pathways to Wellness in MS: Studies on MS continue to show that wellness is linked to better health. In this program, you will learn the latest recommendations for exercise, nutrition, and emotional, spiritual, and social wellness.
