Contact Management

The Health Benefits Contact Center (HBCC) provides Veteran health benefits, eligibility and enrollment information through HRC’s toll free number, 877-222-VETS (8387) and email inquiry through Inquiry Routing Information System (IRIS), a VA web-based application.

The First Party Contact Center (FPCC) responds to inquires from Veterans and family members regarding copayment charges for medical care provided at VA health care facilities throughout the United States. For questions regarding a VA bill, please call the toll free number printed at the top of the billing statement.

Pharmacy Customer Care (PCC) provides Veterans with timely, accurate information regarding routine RX questions (how to order refills, when refills were mailed, etc.) that disrupt more pressing clinical demands of the local pharmacy. Veterans may access MyHealtheVet or call the phone number on their prescription bottle with pharmacy-related questions.

The Combat Veterans Contact Center (CVCC) is an Outreach Campaign that contacts OEF/OIF/OND Veterans who are not utilizing the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare services to educate them on available benefits and how to access VA healthcare.

The Women Veterans Contact Center (WVCC) supports the Department of Veterans Affairs major initiative to reach out to women Veterans in order to solicit input on ways to enhance the health care services VA provides to women Veterans and educate them on available benefits and how to access VA healthcare.

Inquiry Routing Information System (IRIS) is an alternative method for the public to ask questions regarding Veteran health benefits and eligibility through the VA website.

The Wounded Warriror Resource Center (WWRC) is a collaborative effort between the VA and DoD that provides an appropriate level of service to returning OEF/OIF/OND Veterans. The HRC serves as the designated point of contact for the VA in support of DoD WWRC.

VA Disaster Response Contact Center (DRCC) is the designated contact center for VA in the event of regional disasters. The HRC is the virtual disaster site for both employees and Veterans.

Pay.gov is a government-wide collection portal developed to make secure electronic payments to Federal agencies. The pay.gov website assists Veterans in paying their VA bill by credit card or check. Veterans may logon to pay.gov to utilize this service from their own computer.
