I am a clinician that is interested in prevention in our elderly and frail population because I think it is never to late to change our habits or get connected to resources that can prevent falls and debility. I co-lead our Fall Prevention Clinic at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and I am working on bringing gait speed as a 5th vital sign to the VA. I am also interested in quality improvement and program development. Within GRECC I am piloting a program to bring home health medication reviews and management done by VA staff instead of community home care agencies to improve quality of care.
