Description: This training provides an overview of how VA‑approved artificial intelligence tools (VA GPT and Microsoft Copilot) can improve efficiency and quality in administrative tasks. Topics include responsible AI use, prompt engineering, professional writing support, chart summarization, position descriptions and reviews, and evaluation of AI outputs. Participants learn how to use AI to draft communications, summarize patient charts, create performance documents, and enhance clarity and consistency while staying compliant with VA governance and privacy guidelines.
