Procurement Policy Memorandums
The Procurement Policy Memorandum (PPM) is the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) method of communicating procedural guidance and policy prescriptions to the acquisition field. PPMs replace the Information Letters (ILs), Policy Letters, and other documents the VA used in the past to disseminate this information.
The table below lists the PPMs that have been issued by the Office of Procurement Policy Services (PPS) and links to those that are still active. If you have any questions regarding these Acquisition Policy Flashes, please access our Procurement Policy Team on our points of contact page or email us at va.procurement.policy@va.gov.
