VA Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is hosting a webinar to provide information and begin an exchange with industry to improve participation/competition in the VA Next Generation MSPV Catalog Program.

The planned exchange of information seeks to improve the understanding of VA requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potentially interested parties to judge how they can satisfy VA requirements and enhance VA's ability to obtain quality supplies and related services at reasonable prices.

Additionally, the planned exchange of information with industry seeks to increase efficiency in proposal and/or quotation preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award/agreement.

A two-hour agenda is planned. During the webinar, SAC will introduce the following topics:

- Veterans Health Administration (VHA) MSPV Catalog Mandatory Usage Policy Memorandum
- MSPV Next Generation Catalog procedures
- Listing of proposed MSPV Catalog requirements
- Transition plan for preexisting MSPV Catalog and BPAs previously awarded by the National Acquisition Center (NAC) to the SAC MSPV Next Generation Catalog
- Highlighted changes/improvements being introduced with MSPV Next Generation Catalog
- Solicitation timetables
