Approved 38 U.S.C. § 3683 Waivers
38 U.S.C. § 3683 was amended on September 29, 2018. The current version of the law requires VA to take corrective or disciplinary action against employees who have certain connections to for-profit educational institutions. However, if no detriment results in such connections, VA leadership may grant a waiver that allows the employee to avoid corrective or disciplinary action. VA will post approved waivers below within 30 days after approval.
