What's Changed?

VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Update 2008-37

Purpose: To notify the VA acquisition workforce of revised VAAR parts 815 and 819, which moves the coverage at 819.7010, Tiered Set-Aside Evaluation, to 815.101-370, Tiered set-aside evaluation.

Affected VAAR Parts: VAAR parts 815 and 819.

Effective Date: July 28, 2023.

Background: VAAR Update Number 2008-37 moves the coverage regarding Tiered set-aside evaluation from part 819 to part 815.

Applicability: This notification is directed to the VA acquisition workforce.

Action Required: Heads of Contracting Activity shall comply with the attached class deviation when applicable.
