VA Service Contract Inventory (SCI)

Business Research

Section 743 of Division C of the FY 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act, P.L. 111-117 requires civilian agencies subject to the Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998 (Public Law 105-270; 31 U.S.C. 501) to prepare an annual inventory of their service contracts. The Office of Management & Budget (OMB) issued guidance on November 5, 2010, and December 19, 2011, to agencies about developing and analyzing service contract inventories. In accordance with the OMB guidance, VA SCI Analysis Reports are provided below. VA service contract inventories for recent years are available at Acquisition.gov, where the government-wide inventory can be filtered to display the Department of Veterans Affairs inventory data.
