About OA

OA provides quality customer service to a workforce dedicated to serving Veterans and their families. OA provides a variety of necessary administrative services to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) headquarters organizations and employees located in Washington DC and at satellite locations. These services respond to organizational needs for audiovisual support, mail, transportation, personal property, space management, and facility management for all Washington area locations. Nationwide, OA oversees the Department's Occupational Safety and Health; Workers' Compensation; transit subsidy policies and programs; executive correspondence (White House bulk mail); and protocol matters affecting the Department.

Web-Based Comment Card

In order to receive real time feedback from our customers and better measure the effectiveness of our support services, OA worked with the Office of Information and Technology to develop a web-based Customer Comment Card that allows you to quickly and easily provide input about how we are doing in meeting your needs. The Customer Comment Card has a built in dashboard that allows us to track and trend feedback by service area and gives leadership timely data on service quality. It is designed to improve customer service by allowing managers to constantly monitor the satisfaction levels of services provided.
