Explorations in Leadership (LeadX)


The five levels of leadership: Emerging Leader, Team Leader, First-Line Supervisor, Manager and Senior Leaders.

The Explorations in Leadership program offers self-paced, web-based training and development for the five different levels of VHA leaders.  Each leadership level has a separate learning level that aims to enhance proficiency in leadership competencies, sharpen skills, and expand knowledge across all VHA roles and positions.  This program is free to all VHA staff.  

The five different levels of leaders are Emerging Leader, Team Leader, First-Line Supervisor, Manager and Senior Leaders. 

Each level of VHA leader has a separate learning level that aims to enhance proficiency in leadership competencies, sharpen skills and expand knowledge across all VHA roles and positions.

The content of each learning level consists primarily of web-based training and also includes videos, online books, and other experiential activities that will assist employees with developing and enhancing competency levels. This program is free to all VHA staff.
