The Healthcare Leadership Training Institute (HLTI) and partners are offering several development opportunities in 2022 for VHA employees of all levels looking to grow and develop as leaders.

Programs range from continuously running, such as Explorations in Leadership (LeadX), to more specific time frames, such as the Health Care Leadership Development Program (HCLDP), so knowing what’s upcoming is valuable to those planning to apply.
