The Secretary’s Annual ADR Excellence Awards Program. These awards, coordinated by the Office of Resolution Management (ORM), Workplace ADR Office, are the highest recognition given to any VA employee or program who has made exemplary contributions to creating an environment where employees can effectively address conflict and resolve disputes in a manner that encourages communication, promotes understanding, enhances relationships, and engages employees in problem solving.
